1. Overview

At ABA Appliances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a clear and fair return, refund, and exchange policy for both new and refurbished appliances.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The appliance is damaged, defective, or not as described upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The appliance is in original condition, unused, and with all included accessories and packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery

  • Appliances that have been used, damaged by the customer, or improperly installed

  • Items sold as final sale or “as-is” (common with some refurbished units)

  • Repair services or installation charges (unless service was not rendered or improperly performed)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit our Contact Us page and send a request within 7 days of receiving your product.

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved:

  • We’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to drop the item off at our location.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on certain returns, particularly for large appliances or custom orders.

6. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect appliance, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct or working item at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your appliance arrives damaged or doesn’t function as expected:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for repair, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return and may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
