By accessing www.abaappliances.ca or purchasing any products or services from ABA Appliances Repair (“ABA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services & Products

ABA Appliances Repair provides:

  • Appliance repair and diagnostic services
  • Appliance installation and delivery
  • Sale of refurbished, used, open-box, and new appliances
  • Sale of appliance parts

All services and products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service or sales at our discretion.

3. Refurbished Appliances

Refurbished or used appliances:

  • Are pre-owned and may show cosmetic wear
  • Are tested for functional operation only
  • Are sold at reduced pricing reflecting condition

Cosmetic condition is not grounds for return or dispute.

All such appliances are FINAL SALE unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Measuring appliance space and access points
  • Ensuring electrical and plumbing compatibility
  • Providing safe installation conditions
  • Ensuring delivery access (stairs, hallways, elevators, doors)

Failed delivery due to access issues may result in:

    • Additional delivery charges
    • Refusal of service
    • Storage or re-delivery fees

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in CAD
  • Pricing may change without notice

Payment is required before:

      • Delivery
      • Pickup
      • Completion of service

6. Delivery & Installation

ABA Appliances Repair is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Supplier delays
  • Traffic or logistics issues
  • Customer availability

Once delivery is completed, risk transfers to the customer.

7. Repair Services

Repair outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to:

  • Age of appliances
  • Hidden defects
  • Discontinued parts
  • Electrical or plumbing conditions

ABA Appliances Repair is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage
    • Secondary appliance failures
    • Manufacturer design defects

8. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product or service.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Misuse or neglect
  • Improper installation
  • Third-party repairs
  • Commercial use
  • Cosmetic concerns
  • Electrical / plumbing supply issues

Warranty service must be performed by ABA Appliances Repair unless otherwise approved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABA Appliances Repair is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Property damage not directly caused by proven negligence
  • Loss of income or inconvenience
  • Food spoilage or secondary losses
  • Appliance downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.
